- Anopheles coluzzii Ngousso strain from the publication Kingan, S. B., Heaton, H., Cudini, J., Lambert, C. C., Baybayan, P., Galvin, B. D., … Lawniczak, M. (2019). A High-Quality de novo Genome Assembly from a Single Mosquito Using PacBio Sequencing. Genes, 10(1), 62. doi:10.3390/genes10010062. The gene set for this assembly was projected from the
AgapP4.12 gene set - Anopheles funestus F3 assembly from the publication Ghurye, J., Koren, S., Small, S. T., Redmond, S., Howell, P., Phillippy, A. M., & Besansky, N. J. (2019). A chromosome-scale assembly of the major African malaria vector Anopheles funestus. GigaScience, 8(6), giz063. doi:10.1093/gigascience/giz063. The AfunF3 assembly replaces the AFunF1 assembly for the FUMOZ strain, and the AFunF1.10 gene set was projected onto this new assembly
- Ixodes scapularis ISE6 cell line from the publication Miller, J. R., Koren, S., Dilley, K. A., Harkins, D. M., Stockwell, T. B., Shabman, R. S., & Sutton, G. G. (2018). A draft genome sequence for the Ixodes scapularis cell line, ISE6. F1000Research, 7, 297. doi:10.12688/f1000research.13635.1. The IscaW1.6 gene set was projected onto this assembly
